Multifamily Building Solutions Network provides incentives between $700-$3,500 per unit for multifamily projects. C.J. Brown Energy will provide an assessment of the property and a customized plan for energy savings.

P-12 Clean Green Schools Initiative provides existing public-school buildings across NYS designated as High-Needs by the New York State Education Department or located in a disadvantaged community up to 100% funding through NYSERDA’s Clean Green Schools Initiative. 

Agriculture Energy Audit Program (AEAP) Program offers technical assistance to identify energy efficiency measures for eligible farms and on-farm producers.

Green Jobs Green New York offers cost-shared energy studies for small businesses and not-for-profits. C.J. Brown serves WNY and the Rochester/Genesee region.

Commercial New Construction program provides design, technical assistance, and energy modeling for energy efficiency improvements in building designs and substantial renovations to tenant spaces. Our firm is an approved Primary Energy Consultant for the New Construction program.
