C.J. Brown Energy provides a range of technical services to investor-owned utilities and state programs to support and manage end-user initiatives for energy efficiency services. They can include validating energy conservation measures and confirming the calculations of energy savings in support of incentive awards; administrative services for customer service, application intake and incentive payment; and conducting program or process evaluations to improve

program performance. We have also developed and operated comprehensive energy audit programs to serve the commercial, nonprofit and industrial sectors.
