Our staff is comprised of licensed Professional Engineers, LEED® Accredited Professionals, Certified Commissioning Professionals, Certified Energy Managers, energy engineers (including Building Performance Institute certified personnel and RESNET HERS Raters), and specialists in commissioning, controls, testing and balancing, and project installation, along with a full MEP design staff.

We have extensive technical resources that ensure accuracy and consistency in our energy engineering methodology. Our energy engineers are proficient in the use of simulation programs to model building energy consumption. We have developed and maintain an extensive library of calculations/spreadsheets for energy conservation systems and measures, along with an electronic library of over 500 documents for all phases of the commissioning/retrocommissioning process and associated deliverables.
